W sezonie 1958/1959 rozegrano czwartą edycję Pucharu Europy Mistrzów Klubowych (ang. European Champion Clubs' Cup), którego kontynuacją jest dzisiejsza Liga Mistrzów UEFA. W turnieju wystąpiło dwadzieścia osiem drużyn. Mecz finałowy rozegrany 3 czerwca 1959 na Neckarstadionie zakończył się zwycięstwem Realu Madryt nad Stade de Reims 2:0.
