RAM 03 – samochód Formuły 1 zaprojektowany przez Gustava Brunnera i Sergio Rinlanda i skonstruowany przez RAM. Samochód był używany w sezonie 1985. Samochód był napędzany przez jednostki Hart[1].
W sezonie 1986 Mike Thackwell miał wystartować w wersji 03B podczas Grand Prix Brazylii, jednak jego zespół wycofał się z udziału w mistrzostwach[2].
