Rajd San Remo 1974 - Rajd Włoch (16. Rallye Sanremo) – 16 Rajd San Remo rozgrywany we Włoszech w dniach 2-5 października. Była to czwarta runda Rajdowych Mistrzostw Świata w roku 1974. Rajd został rozegrany na nawierzchni asfaltowej. Bazą rajdu było miasto San Remo.
