Rajdowe Mistrzostwa Świata w roku 2004 były 32 sezonem Rajdowych Mistrzostwach Świata FIA. Sezon składał się z 16 rajdów. Mistrzem świata kierowców rajdowych w roku 2004 został francuski kierowca Sébastien Loeb startujący samochodem Citroën Xsara WRC, wyprzedzając Norwega Pettera Solberga i Estończyka Markko Märtina. Tytuł konstruktorów wygrał zespół Citroëna, który wyprzedził zespoły Forda i Subaru.
Kalendarz
W sezonie 2004 kalendarz mistrzostw świata składał się z szesnastu rajdów (dwa więcej niż w ubiegłym sezonie). Znalazł się w nim dwa nowe rajdy: Meksyku (po raz pierwszy w WRC) i Japonii[1].
