Reload – siódmy album studyjny grupy Metallica wydany 18 listopada 1997^[6] jako kontynuacja albumu Load.

Utwory pochodzą przede wszystkim z sesji nagraniowej poprzedniego albumu. Jednym z najpopularniejszych utworów jest „The Memory Remains”, z gościnnym udziałem Marianne Faithfull. Album był przez grupę promowany na dwóch trasach koncertowych: Re-Load Promo Tour i Poor Re-Touring Me. Podobnie jak na okładce płyty Load, umieszczona została fotografia Andresa Serrano tym razem przedstawiająca krew i urynę.

Według danych z kwietnia 2002 album sprzedał się w nakładzie 3 607 713 egzemplarzy na terenie Stanów Zjednoczonych^[7].

W Polsce album uzyskał status platynowej płyty^[8]. Jest to również ostatni album studyjny nagrany z ówczesnym basistą zespołu, Jasonem Newstedem (pomijając album S&M - nagrany wspólnie z orkiestrą symfoniczną z San Francisco, oraz singel I Disappear wykorzystany w filmie Mission: Impossible 2)
