Rolands Štrobinders (ur. 14 kwietnia 1992 w Talsi[1]) – łotewski lekkoatleta specjalizujący się w rzucie oszczepem.
Czwarty zawodnik mistrzostw Europy juniorów (2011) oraz młodzieżowych mistrzostw Europy (2013).
Medalista mistrzostw Łotwy w różnych kategoriach wiekowych (m.in. srebro w mistrzostwach Łotwy seniorów w 2012) oraz reprezentant kraju w drużynowych mistrzostwach Europy.
Jego ojciec Mārcis Štrobinders także był oszczepnikiem, w 1992 startował na igrzyskach olimpijskich w Barcelonie.
Rekord życiowy: 85,07 (25 sierpnia 2017, Bad Köstritz).
