Rue McClanahan (ur. 21 lutego 1934 w Healdton, zm. 3 czerwca 2010 w Nowym Jorku) – amerykańska aktorka.

Jej debiut aktorski odbył się na Broadwayu w 1957. Sławę przyniosła jej rola w The Golden Girls.

Rue McClanahan miała sześciu mężów, ostatnim był Morrow Wilson, którego poślubiła w 1997. Zmarła 3 czerwca 2010 na zawał serca.
