Historia
Stade Olympique Châtelleraudais został założony w 1914 roku jako Club Olympique Châtelleraudais. W 1942 roku klub połączył się z US Châtellerault tworząc Stade Olympique Châtelleraudais. Przez wiele lat klub występował w niższych klasach rozgrywkowych.
W 1971 roku klub po raz pierwszy awansował do Division 3. W 1987 roku klub po raz pierwszy w historii awansował do Division 2. Pobyt na zapleczu francuskiej ekstraklasy trwał tylko sezon, gdyż po zajęciu 18. miejsca klub spadł z ligi. Potem klub występował głównie w trzeciej i czwartej lidze. Obecnie występuje w Championnat de France amateur 2 (IV liga).

The national flag of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Created according to the 2006 constitution : Son emblème est le drapeau bleu ciel, orné d’une étoile jaune dans le coin supérieur gauche et traversé en biais d’une bande rouge finement encadrée de jaune. (Its symbol is a sky blue flag, decorated with a yellow star in the upper left corner and crossed in the diagonal by a red strip with thin yellow borders) It seems to be identical, except for a lighter field hue, to the 1966–1971 flag.
