Shrewsbury – miasto i civil parish[1] w Anglii, w regionie West Midlands, w hrabstwie ceremonialnym i jednolitej jednostce administracyjnej (unitary authority) Shropshire, położone nad rzeką Severn. W 2011 roku civil parish liczyła 71 715 mieszkańców[2].
W tym mieście rozwinęło się rzemiosło oraz turystyka. Ponadto rozwinął się przemysł browarniczy, maszynowy, elektrotechniczny oraz metalowy[3]. Shrewsbury jest wspomniana w Domesday Book (1086) jako Ciropesberie[4].
