Wieża 10 m indywidualnie mężczyzn – jedna z konkurencji rozgrywanych w ramach skoków do wody, podczas letnich igrzysk olimpijskich w 2000. Eliminacje i półfinał odbyły się 29 września, a finał został rozegrany 30 września.
Do eliminacji zgłoszonych zostało 42 zawodników z 28 państw. Osiemnastu zawodników z najlepszymi wynikami w eliminacjach awansowało do półfinału, dwunastu zawodników z najlepszym rezultatem w półfinale zaś awansowało do finału.
Zawody w tej konkurencji wygrał reprezentant Chin Tian Liang. Drugą pozycję zajął rodak zwycięzcy Hu Jia, trzecią zaś reprezentujący Rosję Dmitrij Sautin.
