Strzelanie z karabinu małokalibrowego w trzech pozycjach z odl. 50 metrów mężczyzn na Letnich Igrzyskach Olimpijskich w Londynie było rozgrywane w obiekcie o nazwie Royal Artillery Barracks.
Format
W kwalifikacjach wystąpiło 41 zawodników, z których każdy oddał po 120 strzałów (po 40 strzałów w trzech postawach). Do finału awansowało 8 najlepszych strzelców.
