Strzelanie z pistoletu szybkostrzelnego z odl. 25 metrów mężczyzn na Letnich Igrzyskach Olimpijskich w Londynie było rozgrywane w obiekcie o nazwie Royal Artillery Barracks.
Format
W kwalifikacjach wystąpiło 18 zawodników, z których każdy oddał po 60 strzałów. Konkurencja ta była podzielona na dwie równe części po 30 strzałów. W każdej części było sześć 5-strzałowych serii, które były podzielone na trzy pary. Czas w każdej z par jest inny (8, 6, 4 sekundy). Każdy strzał oddawany był do innej tarczy. Do finału awansowało 6 najlepszych strzelców. W finale każdy z zawodników miał możliwość oddania 40 strzałów. Finał był podzielony na 8 serii po 5 strzałów, które należało oddać w ciągu 4 sekund. Po czwartej rundzie odpadał zawodnik z najmniejszą liczbą punktów. W ostatniej rundzie rywalizowało 2 zawodników. Punkty z kwalifikacji nie były sumowane z punktami zdobytymi w finale.[1]
