Strzelanie z karabinu małokalibrowego w trzech postawach z 50 metrów mężczyzn – konkurencja rozegrana 14 sierpnia 2016 roku podczas letnich igrzysk w Rio de Janeiro[1].
W kwalifikacjach wystąpiło 44 zawodników, którzy strzelali w trzech różnych postawach: klęczącej, leżącej oraz stojącej. Ośmiu z najwyższymi wynikami awansowało do finałowej rundy.
W decydującej rundzie każdy strzelec miał 45 strzałów. O kolejności decydowała suma zdobytych punktów poszczególnych strzałów.
Złoty medal zdobył Włoch Niccolò Campriani, srebrny – Rosjanin Siergiej Kamienski, a brązowy – Francuz Alexis Raynaud.
