Susie O’Neill, właśc. Susan O’Neill (ur. 2 sierpnia 1973 w Brisbane) – australijska pływaczka, wielokrotna medalistka olimpijska i rekordzistka świata.
Specjalizowała się w stylu motylkowym, choć sukcesy odnosiła także w dowolnym. Na igrzyskach debiutowała w Barcelonie w 1992, startowała także na dwóch następnych olimpiadach. Za każdym razem zdobywała medale (łącznie osiem). Wywalczyła dwa złote krążki, oba w konkurencji indywidualnej. Wielokrotnie była medalistką mistrzostw świata na długim (złoto na 200 m motylkiem w 1998, była także rekordzistką świata na tym dystansie) i krótkim basenie oraz Igrzysk Wspólnoty Narodów.
