Sverre Parelius Riisnæs (ur. 6 listopada 1897 w Vik, zm. 21 czerwca 1988 w Oslo) – norweski kolaborant, szef Germanske SS Norge.
W okresie przedwojennym Sverre Riisnæs pełnił funkcję prokuratora. Po inwazji Niemiec na Norwegię 9 kwietnia 1940 r., wstąpił w lipcu do Nasjonal Samling Vidkuna Quislinga. Znalazł się także jako szef Departamentu Sprawiedliwości wśród członków Rady Komisarzy Ministerialnych powołanej 25 września przez Komisarza Rzeszy Josefa Terbovena. W 1941 r. wszyscy członkowie Rady otrzymali tytuły ministrów, pełniąc swoje funkcje do końca wojny. W międzyczasie wstąpił ochotniczo wraz z Jonasem Lie do 1. Dywizji Pancernej SS „Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler”, w której służył jako korespondent wojenny. 1 stycznia 1945 r. Reichsführer SS Heinrich Himmler mianował go także szefem Germanske SS Norge. Po wyzwoleniu Norwegii został aresztowany i osadzony w obozie odosobnienia wraz z innymi członkami norweskiego SS. Na procesie uznano go za chorego psychicznie; większość powojennego okresu spędził w placówkach dla obłąkanych.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION OF NORWEGIAN CAPTION:
Minister of Justice, Sverre Parelius Riisnæs, the SS-soldier with the Iron Cross, the high-ranking officer of the Germanic SS, the man who handed down death sentences and even took part in the executions of his victims- this is what he looks like now. The court case against him started on 3 June [1947]. When Riisnæs was to be placed in the dock to answer for his acts, he was so scared that he amidst bestial moaning and screams had to be carried out of the court room.
When judge Cappelen opened the court proceedings the judge’s voice was completely drowned by Riisnæs’s loud and intense screaming so the defendant was carried out. He was in a dishevelled state; his hair was hanging down covering his closed eyes, his mouth twisted. The next day the moaning and screaming Mr. Riisnæs was carried into the court room. After a short while, he once again had to be removed- it was pointless to have him there. On the condition that Mr. Riisnæs was informed about the examination of witnesses and the course of the court proceedings the judge ruled that the case could continue without the defendant being present.Baretka: Wojenny Krzyż Zasługi z Mieczami II Klasy (III Rzesza).
