Tamara Taylor (ur. 27 września 1970 w Toronto[1]) – kanadyjska aktorka telewizyjna.
Kariera
Grała m.in. rolę dr Camille Saroyan, szefowej Wydziału Medycyny Sądowej w serialu Kości. W serialu Kości zaczęła grać z początkiem drugiego sezonu. Na początku scenarzyści planowali zabicie postaci dr Camille Saroyan przez powracającego seryjnego mordercę, jednak zdecydowano, że zostanie ona w serialu na stałe jako jedna z głównych postaci.
Występowała także gościnnie w wielu serialach m.in. CSI: Kryminalne zagadki Miami, Agenci NCIS, Wzór[1]
Życie prywatne
Jej rodzice są Kanadyjczykami, a matka ma również szkockie korzenie. Taylor jest kuzynką Neve Campbell, aktorki znanej głównie z ról w serii filmów Krzyk. W 2007 roku Tamara wyszła za mąż za Milesa Cooleya, para rozwiodła się w marcu 2012 roku.

Tamara Taylor found quick success in her career through nationally televised commercials. Just months after moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of Toronto, Tamara had booked parts in both TV and film. Her first big break came when she landed a series regular role on the hit series Party of Five, playing Matthew Fox’s love interest “Grace”. Later, she starred as “Dr. Ana Syphax” in Steven Bocho’s drama City of Angels with Blair Underwood. She has also had roles in Hidden Hills opposite Paula Marshall and Sex, Love & Secrets with Denise Richards and Eric Balfour. No stranger to television drama series, Tamara has also made guest appearances on NCIS, Numb3rs, Lost, CSI: Miami, Without a Trace and Dawson’s Creek. Tamara made her feature film debut as Marlon Wayans’ love interest in the romantic comedy Senseless. She was also in the critically acclaimed cable biopic Introducing Dorothy Dandridge, the box office hit Diary of a Mad Black Woman and Joss Whedon’s sci-fi adventure Serenity.
