Teatr anatomiczny – miejsce do nauki anatomii.

Teatr był zazwyczaj w kształcie amfiteatru ze stołem pośrodku, na którym dokonywano sekcji zwłok. Pierwszy teatr został wybudowany w Uniwersytecie w Padwie w 1594.
