Tenis ziemny na Igrzyskach Śródziemnomorskich 1983 – turniej tenisowy, który był rozgrywany w dniach 3–17 września 1983 roku podczas igrzysk śródziemnomorskich w Casablance. Zawodnicy rywalizowali w czterech konkurencjach: singlu i deblu mężczyzn oraz kobiet.
