Alfonso Clark "Trey" Burke III (ur. 12 listopada 1992 w Columbus) – amerykański koszykarz występujący na pozycji rozgrywającego, zwycięzca Skills Challenge[1], wybrany do składu najlepszych debiutantów NBA[2], obecnie zawodnik Dallas Mavericks.
2 stycznia 2015 roku wyrównał niechlubny rekord sezonu zasadniczego NBA, nie trafiając ani jednego z 11 rzutów za 3 punkty podczas meczu rozegranego tamtego dnia[3].
11 października 2017 został zawodnikiem New York Knicks[4]. 3 dni później został zwolniony[5].
14 stycznia 2018 podpisał kolejny w karierze kontrakt z New York Knicks[6].
31 stycznia 2019 trafił w wyniku wymiany do Dallas Mavericks[7]. 30 lipca został zawodnikiem Philadelphia 76ers[8]. 6 lutego 2020 opuścił klub[9]. 1 lipca 2020 dołączył po raz kolejny w karierze do Dallas Mavericks[10]. 1 grudnia 2020 podpisał kolejną umowę z zespołem Mavericks[11].
