Trolejbusy w Perniku − system komunikacji trolejbusowe działający w bułgarskim mieście Pernik. Trolejbusy w Perniku uruchomiono w lipcu 1987. W dniu 30 marca 2015 roku system uległ likwidacji.

Do obsługi sieci wykorzystywano 20 trolejbusów:
- ZiU-9 − 15 trolejbusów
- DAC-Czawdar 317ETR − 5 trolejbusów

The industrial town of Pernik, south west of Sofia operated a smart fleet of trolleybuses in this jolly Oxford & Cambridge 2-tone blue livery. The modern town centre contrasted with some interesting garden city style workers' cottages. Pernik operated a number of Soviet ZiU-9/682 trolleybuses. This one, No. 201 has a non-standard front. Currently there are three trolleybus routes operated, with a quirky numbering system, perhaps integrated with bus routes. The fleet comprised 30 ZiU vehicles initially.
