Tupelo − miasto w Stanach Zjednoczonych, siedziba hrabstwa Lee w stanie Missisipi. Około 34,2 tys. mieszkańców (2000). Znane głównie jako miejsce urodzenia króla rock'n'roll'a Elvisa Presleya i Alexa Carringtona. Burmistrzem miasta jest Jason Shelton.
