Turniej w Tulonie to turniej piłkarski, w którym udział biorą zaproszone drużyny, złożone z zawodników poniżej 21. roku życia. Jedynym wyjątkiem od tej zasady była 1. edycja turnieju, w której udział wzięły kluby piłkarskie. Turniej w obecnej postaci rozgrywany jest co roku, od 1974 r. Jego drugą edycję (pierwszą nie licząc turnieju w 1967 r., kiedy grały kluby) wygrała reprezentacja Polski.
Mecze w turnieju złożone są z dwóch 40-minutowych połów.
W Polsce turniej transmitowała stacja Eurosport.
