U.S. National Championships 1892 – tenisowy turniej znany jako wielkoszlemowy US Open, który rozegrano w 1892 roku. Mężczyźni rywalizowali w dniach 23–30 sierpnia, na kortach Newport Casino w Newport, natomiast kobiety w dniach 21–25 czerwca, na kortach Philadelphia Cricket Club w Filadelfii. Po raz pierwszy rozegrano zawody gry mieszanej.
Była to dwunasta edycja turnieju męskiego i szósta damskiego.
