Turniej debla mężczyzn US Open 2008 odbył się w dniach 26 sierpnia – 5 września 2008 roku.
Obrońcami tytułu byli Austriak Julian Knowle oraz Szwed Simon Aspelin, którzy w tegorocznej edycji zostali wyeliminowani w drugiej rundzie przez Rosjan Igora Kunicyna i Dmitrija Tursunowa.
Nowymi mistrzami zostali bracia bliźniacy z USA: Bob i Mike Bryanowie, którzy w finale zwyciężyli debel Leander Paes/ Lukáš Dlouhý 7:6(5), 7:6(10).
W turnieju rozstawiony z numerem 7 był polski debel Mariusz Fyrstenberg/ Marcin Matkowski, jednak odpadł on już w 1. rundzie po porażce z Igorem Andriejewem i Mischą Zverevem.
