US Open 2018 – gra podwójna kobiet – zawody deblowe kobiet, rozgrywane w ramach ostatniego, czwartego w sezonie wielkoszlemowego turnieju tenisowego, US Open. Zmagania miały miejsce pomiędzy 29 sierpnia– 9 września na nowojorskich kortach USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. Bronić tytułu miały Latisha Chan i Martina Hingis, lecz Szwajcarka zakończyła karierę na koniec sezonu 2017. W związku z tym Chan wystąpiła w parze z Wiktorią Azaranką, lecz odpadły w drugiej rundzie. Po tytuł sięgnęły (po raz pierwszy w karierze) Ashleigh Barty i Coco Vandeweghe, które w finale pokonały aktualną liderkę rankingu deblowego WTA Tímeę Babos oraz Kristinę Mladenovic 3:6, 7:6(2), 7:6(6).
