- La Bandera de la Diputación de Sevilla tiene una relación de 3/2 entre sus medidas máxima y mínima; es decir: A/B =3/2, siendo A el ancho y B el alto.
- El color de la Bandera de la Diputación de Sevilla será el verde que se ha usado tradicionalmente: Pantone 3415 C.
- La Bandera de la Diputación de Sevilla llevará en ambos lados y centrado, el Escudo de la Corporación.
- Cuando la bandera mantenga la proporción 3/2, el eje mayor del Escudo se situará a una distancia A/2 de la vaina.

Flag of Utrera, province of Seville, Andalusia (Spain). It consists of five horizontal strips: Yellow, red, white, red and yellow. The width of the yellow strips is 2/10, the red 1/10 and the white central strip is 4/10. The coat of arms of Utrera is usually placed in the center of the flag, on the white stripe. This flag was adopted in 1986, although there are fabric purchasing documents of XVI century that denote that the banner of the city had these three colors.[1]
