Washington Boulevard przecina następujące miasta i dzielnice w południowej części Hrabstwa Los Angeles: Marina del Rey, Ladera Heights, Culver City, South Los Angeles, City of Commerce, Montebello, Pico Rivera, Los Nietos i Whittier. Jest także granicą pomiędzy Venice i Marina del Rey.
