Welsh Premier League 2002/2003 (znana jako JT Hughes Mitsubishi Welsh Premier League ze względów sponsorskich) był 11. sezonem najwyższej klasy rozgrywkowej w Walii. Sezon został otwarty 16 sierpnia 2002 r., a zakończył się 2 maja 2003 r. Mistrzem po raz siódmy w swojej historii został zespół Barry Town.
Skład ligi w sezonie 2002/2003
W lidze rywalizowało osiemnaście drużyn – siedemnaście z poprzedniego sezonu i jedna z Cymru Alliance: Welshpool Town (mistrz Cymru Alliance), który zastąpił Rhayader Town. Haverfordwest County uniknął spadku, ponieważ żadna z drużyn Welsh Football League Division One nie otrzymała licencji na grę w walijskiej Premier League.
