William Joseph Fallon (ur. 30 grudnia 1944 w East Orange) – amerykański admirał, szef United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) od 16 marca 2007 do 11 marca 2008[1]. Wcześniej pełnił m.in. funkcję zastępcy szefa operacji Marynarki Wojennej (Vice Chief of Naval Operations – VCNO) – październik 2000 – sierpień 2003, dowódcy United States Fleet Forces Command (USFLTFORCOM) – październik 2003 – luty 2005, dowódcy United States Pacific Command (USPACOM) – luty 2005 – marzec 2007. Po dymisji, spowodowanej przedstawianiem go przez media jako oponenta administracji George'a W. Busha, jego zastępcą został Martin Dempsey[1].

The Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal (AFEM) is a military award of the United States military, which was first created in 1961 by Executive Order of President John Kennedy. The whole within a blue annulet bearing the inscription "Department of the Navy" at the top and "United States of America" at the bottom, separated on each side by a mullet and within a rim in the form of a rope; inscription, rope, mullet, and edges of annulet all gold. *Background: The policy for use of the Navy seal and emblem is contained in SECNAV Instr 5030.4 and SECNAV Instr 5030.6. The seal design was approved by the President of the United States by Executive Order 10736 dated October 23, 1957.
