Wyścig Paryż-Madryt – wyścig, który odbył się 24 maja 1903 roku.

W październiku 1902 Automobile Club de France zdecydował się na przeprowadzenie wyścigu samochodowego pomiędzy dwiema stolicami.
Wyścig rozpoczął się o 15:30 w Wersalu; startowali w nim kierowcy samochodów i motocykli ruszający w regularnych odstępach czasu (co minutę). Planowano trzy etapy: z Wersalu do Bordeaux (552 km) w poniedziałek, z Bordeaux do Vitorii (334 km) we wtorek i z Vitorii do Madrytu (420 km) w środę.
Pierwszy wypadek miał miejsce 72 kilometry od Paryża, kiedy to samochód wjechał w kobietę biegnącą w poprzek drogi. W Châtellerault kierowca wjechał w tłum, próbując ominąć mężczyznę i dziecko. W dalszej fazie wyścigu inny kierowca zboczył z trasy i wjechał w tłum widzów. Zginęły wtedy dwie osoby. W ciągu dnia nadal miały miejsce wypadki: samochody wjeżdżały w drzewa i się rozpadały, przewracały się i paliły. W nocy w Bordeaux odwołano wyścig. Około połowa samochodów miała wypadki, zginęło także przynajmniej osiem osób, a wiele zostało rannych. Marcel Renault, jeden z uczestników i założyciel firmy Renault, zmarł wskutek wypadku. W miejscu jego wypadku postawiono pomnik.
Taki rodzaj wyścigu nie był organizowany do 1927 roku (Mille Miglia).
