St Mary Magdalene, Wyken. Built in the early 1100s by Earl Ranulf of Chester, St Mary Magdalene, Wyken, is Coventrys oldest church. The tower was added in the fifteenth century to house the single bell, but otherwise the building has remained largely unaltered for 900 years. From http://www.coventrysoldestchurch.org/
