14. Zimowa Uniwersjada – międzynarodowe zawody sportowców-studentów, które odbyły się w stolicy Bułgarii – Sofii. Impreza została zorganizowana między 2 a 12 marca 1989 roku. Nad organizacją zawodów czuwała Fédération Internationale du Sport Universitaire.
