1997 Central European Flood Rainfall Animation
Meteorological data for the animation has been sourced from the ERA5 Climate Reanalysis produced by ECMWF and published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Geographical data comes from Natural Earth database published under Public Domain license.
The animation has been created using matplotlib, numpy, cartopy and pygrib libraries for Python programming language.
