Chris Young with the San Diego Padres winding up for a four-seam fastball in the bullpen while warming up. This image was taken on the day that starting pitcher Young (pictured) and Derek Lee had a bench clearing incident. The picture captures a grip for a type of fastball known as a four-seam fastball. It also depicts the Wrigley Field bullpens which are located in playable foul territory. Furthermore, it shows the old fashioned scoreboard and the 2005-06 reconstruction of the centerfield bleachers. You can note that this is pregame warmups for the 12:05 start by the 11:55 time on the scoreboard. This is just a few weeks before Young was added to his first Major League Baseball All-Star Game roster as a pitcher via the All-Star Final Vote.
