This house has been built in 2005 for the purposes of Desperate Housewives. In the TV show, the house is located on 4362 Wisteria Lane and occupied by Renee Perry (Vanessa Williams) since season 7. It was previously occupied by Edie Britt (Nicollette Sheridan) from seasons 2 to 5.
