Opis
Homemade biltong, based on a modified South African recipe.
Made using: apple cider vinegar, ground coriander, table salt, ground black pepper, garlic pepper, ground chili pepper and white sugar.
It was then hung on metal skewer in a fan-assisted electric oven at 60 C for 3 hours. The oven with biltong was then switched off for 20 hours at room temperature (approx 20 C).
