The Bulgarian Navy frigate Verni (42) approaches the U.S. Navy guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG-78), not visible, during a towing simulation in the Black Sea as part of Exercise Breeze 2015.
Verni is the former Belgian frigate Wielingen (F910) that was sold to Bulgaria in 2009.
