Opis:

Chilean soldier Irene Morales, photographed in Lima in 1881 by Eugenio Courret. This was during the Chilean occupation of Lima, during which Morales was stationed there along with the 4th Division. While the original photograph is in archives in Lima, this colourised version, made by members of Courret's studio (date 1881–1892, probably ca. 1885), is in the Museum of the Army in Santiago, Chile.
