• Infanta Beatriz of Spain during her father (King Alfonso XIII) reign. She married and had children into exile.
• Infanta Maria Cristina of Spain during her father (King Alfonso XIII) reign. She married and had children into exile.
  
  

External ornaments of married women or widow not used after Spanish Monarchy was restored in 1975, so this version was also assigned to Infantas Beatriz and Maria Cristina durin their nephew (King Juan Carlos) reign.
