The arms were orderd by the club devoted to the maintenance of local traditions and characteristics and were designed by a well known heraldist. They show the lion of the duchy of Berg, the canting label of three points (looks like a bridge (Brück) and the bulrushes, who stand for the Flehbach brook and its medows.
