View eastward, towards Bishops Lydeard (and Taunton): ex-GWR Taunton - Minehead branch, closed 4/1/71 but reopened by the heritage West Somerset Railway in 1976. Evidently by 1991 they had acquired enough goods wagons to make the scene here look quite 'normal'.
