Memorial plaque of Eduard Konrad Zirm on the building of Eye Clinic of University Hospital in Olomouc (Czech Republic). The Czech inscription reads: The world's first corneal transplant was performed in this building by Dr. Eduard Konrad Zirm on December 7, 1905. [Plaque] erected in 2005.
