Opis:

Coat of arms of the "Unión Cívica Radical" (Radical Civic Union), a political party from Argentina. It was first used in documents of the national convention of 1931, and it was the result of a spontaneous proposal of young afiliates that designed a COA that would represent the UCR of their times.
