Opis:

The surrendered German submarine U-977 off Cape Cod, Massachusetts (USA), just before she was sunk in a U.S. Navy torpedo test, 13 November 1946. She served as target for an improved steam torpedo fired by USS Atule (SS-403), and sank in ten seconds after being struck amidships at a range of about a thousand yards.
