Opis:

5-day-old girl (head to right) with giant congenital melanocytic nevus over back, neck, buttocks and left thigh. Histopathological findings showed nevomelanocytes throughout the thickness of the dermis and extending into the subcutaneous tissue. No other complications were reported.
