Opis:

Gregorio Meliton Martinez was born in 1815 in Prado-Luengo in the diocese of Burgos. He was appointed as the 23rd Archbishop of Manila on July 31, 1861 and consecrated in Madrid on Mar. 23, 1862. He resigned in 1875.
