= GDANSK, Poland - CEE Insight Forum in association with the Financial Times announced this year's winners of the Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards. More than 300 properties from the Central and Eastern European area contended for the title of the best development, the best developer and the best investor of 2010. = Hilton Gdansk won the best Hotel, Leisure & Residential Development of 2010 prize in Central and Eastern Europe. It was the only Polish property that won a prize this year# The unique architecture of the hotel has been already recognized by the CIJ property awards for 2010. The hotel won first prize in two categories. = Hilton Gdansk also won the title of the Most Luxurious hotel in Poland in 2010 in the TOPHOTEL contest organized by NETMEDIA S.A., and additionally was named as the best Hotel Debut and first prize winner in the Hotel With an Idea contest, both organized by Hotelarz magazine, the leading hospitality industry trade press title in Poland. = CEEQA are designed to promote excellence in the real estate market in Central and Eastern European region. The jury was carefully chosen from amongst the leading professionals of the real estate market, financiers and consultants. Every year more than half a thousand business representatives from more than 30 countries attend the official awards gala.
