This is a logo that has been worn on Iraq national football team's kits. It was published over 50 years ago (as shown by a picture of Douglas Aziz in the Iraq kit from 1966: http://www.m5zn.com/newuploads/2018/06/21/png//90ef16a4ac23d15.png) and is therefore in the public domain. The logo is slightly different to the Iraq FA's current logo as the lion is different in its design.
