The Magach 5 was an Israeli M48A5 Patton III. The M48A5 itself was an M48A3 fitted with a 105mm M68 gun, of which some 501 were converted during the mid 1970s. This example, labelled by the museum as an “M48A5 <>”, was captured during conflict by Syrian forces . It is on display in what is best known as Hall 6 of the Kubinka Tank Museum, although its official title is now Pavilion 6 in Area 2 of the Park Patriot museum. Kubinka, Moscow Oblast, Russia.
