На лазуровому полі на зеленому пагорбі срібне міське укріплення, під пониженою зеленою балкою, облямованою сріблом, у лазуровій базі три срібні квітки латаття. Укріплення вказують на назву міста. Зелено-синій поділ щита означає річку Цир та болота, а дві срібні облямівки - два головні шляхи, що проходили біля замку. Виходячи з відомих історичних фактів, за основу для символізації міста Камінь-Каширський взято назву міста, трансформуючи у символи слова: - Камінь - твердиня, кам'яна споруда, фортеця, замок - символічно зображено мурами з трьома вежамиі відкритою брамою (срібним кольором); - Каширський - кошера, кошара, загородь для худоби. Щит обрамований декоративним картушем i увiнчаний срiбною мiською короною з трьома вежками. Автор - С.Гайдук.
